Event Specialist

Michael Best is seeking an Events Specialist to support the goals of the firm's Events Planning team by producing high-quality in-person and web events, as well as coordinating sponsorship opportunities. The Events Specialist will work closely with the marketing and communications management team, as well as Michael Best's internal and external clients to successfully plan, execute, and track firm events and sponsorship opportunities. Manage event mailing lists, invoicing, scheduling meetings, organizing documents for reference, and sourcing promotional items Resolve any issues that arise prior to and during the course of the event Develop and maintain relationships with firm colleagues, as well as external suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, quality, service levels, and event experience Work closely with the AOMs to identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and suppliers, monitoring performance and addressing any issues that may arise in getting approved by the building and a COI on record Track all event marketing equipment such as signage, easels, booth, tablecloths, etc. The Company This is an opportunity to work with the Best.
