Event Specialist

In this role, you’ll help customers plan the details that make their event special. Success in this role requires the ability to manage multiple orders, ensure accuracy in rental selections, and coordinate the many small details that make an event run smoothly. What You’ll Do • Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with event rental selections • Respond to customer inquiries by phone and text • Help clients plan rentals for weddings, family gatherings, and other celebrations • Coordinate colors, linens, and décor selections • Maintain organized and accurate event orders and documentation • Design and refresh showroom displays • Assist with preparation and presentation for wedding shows • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail on every order This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, planning events, and managing details that help make celebrations successful.
