Responsibilities • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company events and brand activations • Support logistics including venue preparation, materials organization, and scheduling • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event objectives are met • Maintain event documentation, timelines, and project updates • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations • Coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure timely delivery of event services • Monitor event performance and assist in post-event evaluations and reporting
