Event Specialist

A leading alternative asset manager, recognized for its outstanding culture and dynamic growth, is seeking an Event Specialist to join its Marketing team. This role is well suited for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience supporting client-facing events. The ideal candidate will bring 2-5 years of event planning experience, ideally within financial services or consulting. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end coordination of client events including venue sourcing, contracting, registration, communications, and onsite execution • Oversee vendor relationships and event systems, including registration, event pages, metrics tracking, and post-event follow-up • Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and maintaining a budget • Partner cross-functionally to ensure regulatory adherence, brand alignment, and event best practices Job #48316
