This is a part-time, travel-heavy role (90% travel) working onsite at conference and event venues.Applicants can be located anywhere in the US, but ideally, need to be situated near a large metropolitan airportRole is customer facing - strong communication skills and professionalism requiredTechnical background/skillset preferred; technical skillsets can be taughtWhat You’ll Do Act as the onsite technical point of contact between project teams and clientsSet up and manage check-in stations (tablets, badge printers, routers)Configure, test, and maintain event devices and applicationsSupport session scanning + lead capture (setup, distribution, troubleshooting)Handle incoming shipments, inventory, and post-event returnsTravel to conference/event sitesPreferred Qualifications
