Event Specialist

This is a hands-on position responsible for preparing, coordinating, and executing event details that enable the Event Manager to deliver a seamless, high-quality experience. 3+ years of experience in events, hospitality, or operations, preferably in large-scale environments supporting 1,000+ person eventsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-based environmentExcellent communication and professionalism in guest-facing situationsHigh ownership with a bias for action, including willingness to work weekends and extended hours when neededTechnology and AI-forward mindset with willingness to learn new tools and systems quicklyMust be able to lift and move up to 30 pounds as part of event setup, management, and breakdown Events are executed flawlessly, meeting or exceeding expectations while staying on time and within budgetAttendees have a smooth, well-organized, and high-quality experience from start to finishEvent Managers and executives have clear visibility into execution and consistently provide positive feedbackIssues are resolved quickly and effectively with minimal disruption to the event experienceInventory, materials, and logistics are consistently prepared, organized, and ready ahead of every event We offer a comprehensive, evolving benefits package designed to support your health, family, and wellbeing.
