Answer incoming calls and help customers plan their events from first inquiry to final order Respond to customer emails quickly and professionally Communicate with customers through text messaging using the Podium platform Build and enter rental orders with accuracy and attention to detail Recommend the right equipment based on customer needs and budget Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to make sure orders go out correctly Handle changes, issues, and last-minute requests calmly and professionally Assist with building and scheduling marketing posts using the Surefire platform Keep the showroom clean, organized, and welcoming. What We're Looking For Strong communication skills across phone, email, and text Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially under pressure Able to multitask and prioritize without losing your cool Comfortable learning new systems; training on Podium, Surefire, and our rental software is provided Customer service or sales experience preferred Event or hospitality industry experience is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs; must pass a company drug screen 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
