Event Specialist

TEK Productions is a full-service corporate event company creating high quality immersive experiences in the live-show, business meeting, and event space. The Event Specialist will play a key role in planning and executing corporate live meetings and events from concept through completion. 3–5 years of experience working with a Destination Management Company (DMC) is required. Excellent organizational and communication skills Proven client relationship skills Ability to interface with personnel at all levels Ability to work independently with little direction and meet deadlines Adaptable and quick to learn new tools and systems High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information Experience in the corporate live show, business meetings and event space is a plus Are you willing and able to travel regularly for work?
