Event Specialist- Contract

Tokyo Electron U.S. Holdings is searching for an event specialist contractor to assist our Marketing and Communications Department’s Brand and Events Team. This person should have strong communication skills, both written and oral, as well as strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multiple members associated with the events. • Maintain an inventory and directory of marketing giveaways and supplies for the department. • 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or a similar role. • Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations with some financial acumen.
