Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and organized Entry Level Event Specialist to support promotional events, customer engagement, and sales initiatives. Responsibilities

Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events and sales activities.
Represent the company professionally at events and promotional locations.
Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers.
Present and explain products and services to interested customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales.
Help organize promotional materials, displays, and event supplies.
Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown activities.
Build positive relationships with customers and create engaging experiences.
Support individual and team sales goals during promotional events.
Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with the team.
Participate in ongoing sales, marketing, and professional development training.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, energetic, and professional attitude.
Confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
Goal-oriented with a willingness to learn sales and promotional techniques.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
