Event Specialist (Event Day Support - Part Time as needed)

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Event Specialist to support event strategy, planning, and execution. Qualifications & Skills • Prior experience in customer service is essential • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude • Calm and effective under pressure, able to work long hours on event days • A resourceful and flexible team player who can adapt to changing priorities • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment and deliver on deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods during events • Must have access to a reliable vehicle, laptop, and smartphone • Weekend and evening availability required based on event schedule
