As the Event Specialist, you will become the technical expert on products and services, and assist consumers with troubleshooting devices, registering for programs / service, completing setup on new devices, providinggeneral training on how consumers can use their device, and more. Responsibilities: - Enthusiastically represent Mosaic and its products. - Engage and excite consumers, while educating and training them the products’ key features and service offerings - Provide consumer assistance device troubleshooting, technical support, - Create a memorable brand experience for our guests, which in turn creates "buzz" about our client’s product - Have a personal excitement about the products and the Android operating system - Provide detailed feedback on customer interactions and comments - Maintain working knowledge of all client products in order to be a subject matter expert - Other duties assigned.
