Event Specialist/Full Time/Detroit

In this role, the Event Specialist is responsible for Continuing Medical Education (CME) symposiums, conferences, chair dinners/receptions and enterprise-wide events in collaboration with the Henry Ford Medical Group, the Henry Ford Health Development Office and key partners associated with assigned events Build and maintain relationships with key internal partners, colleagues, committee members and vendors, with particular emphasis on Henry Ford Medical Group events. Other responsibilities and assignments, as required. Work will include some physical labor such as packing, lifting and moving materials, products, signage, etc. Strong, documented record of success in special events management, with evidence of working successfully with clients, committees, volunteers and vendors.
