About the position Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer service to all event attendees • Assist with event setup, including decorations and equipment arrangement • Manage guest registrations and ticketing • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records • Monitor event spaces to ensure safety and cleanliness • Assist with crowd control and manage any conflicts that may arise • Support event activities such as games, performances, or presentations • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth flow of events Requirements • Previous experience in customer service or guest relations is preferred • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication skills and comfortable with public speaking • Knowledge of event management or hospitality industry practices is a plus • Lifeguard certification or experience is beneficial • Conflict management skills are desirable • Experience working with children is an advantage • Familiarity with theater or performance events is a bonus Nice-to-haves • Experience with children • Banquet experience • Theater events management Benefits • Flexible scheduling • Opportunity to work at various events • Entry-level position with no experience required
