Event Staff

Responsibilities • The event staff work together to set-up for an event, monitor the venue during the event for safety and cleanliness, and break-down post-event • Arrange tables, chairs, and linens according to the event layout • Work with the client and 3rd party vendors to get familiar with the venue • Maintain cleanliness of the venue throughout the event (trash, spills, etc.) We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Event Staff member to assist with the seamless running of our events. Event Staff responsibilities include rendering exceptional customer care, setting up and tearing down event floor plans, familiarizing our clients and their vendors with the space, and general care/cleanliness of the space. • Reporting Structure: Reports to the Venue Director • Pay Range: $20 per hour • Location: Downtown Jacksonville, FL • Employment Type: Part-time • Equal Opportunity Statement: We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
