This is a hands-on, behind-the-scenes role supporting event load-ins, strike (load-outs), and warehouse floral production days. If you enjoy fast-paced environments, physical work, and being part of bringing beautiful events to life — we’d love to connect.
What You’ll Do:Assist with loading and unloading event rentals, décor, and floral installationsSupport onsite event setup and breakdownHelp organize and prep materials in our warehouseAssist during floral production days (processing flowers, prepping arrangements, organizing inventory)Work collaboratively with our design and production team
Requirements:Ability to lift 25–50 lbs repeatedlyReliable transportation (event locations vary)Strong work ethic and punctualityComfortable working early mornings and/or late nights when neededPositive attitude and team-player mindsetEvent, production, warehouse, or floral experience is a plus — but not required
Position Details:Contract / as-needed basisHours vary based on event scheduleOpportunity for ongoing work for the right candidatesGreat fit for freelancers, students, or those looking for flexible supplemental income
