Shift Details:
This is a Dual Shift Role. Crew members will work two consecutive events in one day. A 45-minute to 1.5-hour unpaid meal break will be scheduled between events. Core Responsibilities:
Warmly greet guests as they enter and check or scan tickets. Assist guests in finding their seats and navigating the venue. Provide clear directions to restrooms, concessions, exits, and first aid. Enforce venue policies and report or escalate any guest issues when necessary. Ensure smooth crowd flow by keeping aisles, stairs, and entrances clear. Monitor and prevent guests from sitting or standing on fences. Ensure compliance with event rules regarding vaping and recording video. Qualifications & Skills:
Preferred customer service or event experience (6+ months). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle upset guests with confidence. Additional Guidelines:
It is recommended to eat before your shift, as concessions only open when doors open, and eating while working is not allowed unless on a designated break. Lockers are available, but space is limited. Bring your own lock if you wish to use a locker on-site.

As an Event Staff member or working in Food Service through Bluecrew, you may be tasked with any of the following:
Working independently or as part of a team to prepare and serve food items. Engaging with customers while operating a point of sale machine with professionalism. Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, and other items at the start or end of shifts. Staying on your feet and moving around for the duration of the shift. Performing physical activities such as reaching, crouching, or bending as required by supervision. Thriving in a busy and sometimes hectic environment. Wearing appropriate attire, including close-toed shoes and pants. Following GMP guidelines for food handling, including neatly arranged hair and trimmed fingernails. Your Safety Matters:
