Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees by greeting them, answering questions, and assisting with any concerns or issues.- • Monitor event activities to ensure they are running smoothly and troubleshoot any problems that may arise.- • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and setup of event-related materials.- • Assist in the registration process, including checking in attendees, distributing badges or tickets, and providing event information.- • Manage crowd control and ensure the safety of all event attendees.- • Assist with event breakdown and cleanup, including dismantling equipment, removing decorations, and restoring the venue to its original condition. • Willingness to learn • Prior experience in event planning or customer service is preferred.- • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.- • Excellent problem-solving abilities.- • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as event schedules dictate.- • Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time.
