Event Staff Member

What you’ll do

Load, deliver, and install event elements: backdrops, shimmer panels, LED marquee letters, vinyl pieces, custom props.
Drive company/rental vehicles (van or small box truck) to/from events; follow routes & timelines.
Own the client moment: greet planners/clients, provide friendly service, handle last-minute tweaks.
Strike & reset: safe takedown, pack-out, unload at the warehouse, gear checks, light cleaning/repairs.
Follow SOPs & safety at all times; communicate proactively with the team lead.

You are

Customer-first with a positive, professional vibe.
Reliable & detail-driven—you show up, on time, ready to go.
Physically able to lift 60 lbs, climb ladders, and be on your feet for 8–10 hours.
Licensed driver with a clean MVR; comfortable driving vans/box trucks (meet rental requirements).
Schedule-flexible: evenings/weekends/occasional early mornings or late-night strikes.

Nice-to-haves (not required)

Basic carpentry/painting, hand tools, vinyl application
Warehouse/inventory experience
Forklift cert, DOT awareness, or previous event production work

Pay & schedule

Competitive hourly + overtime potential (DOE)
Part-time with opportunity to grow into full-time / Crew Lead track based on performance
Paid on-the-job training; gear provided
