This role is focused on on-site event execution, ensuring the Lead Event Designer’s vision is carried out accurately and that events run smoothly, on time, and without gaps.Event Staff will play a hands-on role in setup, styling, event flow, and breakdown, while also assisting with behind-the-scenes content capture and basic social media support related to events.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and understands the importance of precision, professionalism, and teamwork during live events. Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Execution & On-Site Support Execute designed events as directed by the Lead Event Designer, ensuring her vision is carried out accurately and cohesively Ensure all event elements — inventory, décor, florals, rentals, and materials — are present, staged, and placed correctly Support event setup, styling, and breakdown Monitor event flow and timelines to prevent gaps, delays, or disruptions Identify and resolve issues in real time to maintain a seamless guest experience Serve as a professional point of contact for vendors and guests when directed Maintain design integrity and styling details throughout the event Capture behind-the-scenes and live event moments (photo/video on smartphone) for social media use Assist with maintaining consistent social media posting and event-related content Organize and deliver captured content post-event for marketing and future use Ensure content capture does not interfere with event execution, guest experience, or vendor workflows Job Type: Part-time
