About the Event The Business Opportunity Conference (BOC) is a 3-day professional conference hosted by the Carolinas Virginia Minority Supplier Development Council (CVMSDC) at the Westin Raleigh-Durham. We're looking for a reliable, sharp, and self-directed event staffer to work alongside our lead producer throughout setup and all three conference days. Setup Day: Fri, Jul 31 or Sat, Aug 1 Prior experience in live event production, conference staffing, or hospitality Comfortable being on your feet for extended shifts Can take direction and also work independently without hand-holding Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs before being asked Professional appearance and warm, guest-facing demeanor Comfortable with basic tech (iPads, badge printers, AV cable management) Reliable transportation to the venue
