Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role based in Boston, MA, for Event Staffers. In this role, staffers will assist with event setups and breakdowns, provide exceptional customer service, and support event activities to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities may include greeting and directing guests, assisting with catering or serving, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and addressing any on-site needs that arise during events.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally and effectively with clients and guestsBasic understanding or experience in Event Planning and Event MarketingComfortable with Sales and the ability to promote service offerings Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstancesDetail-oriented, dependable, and able to work collaboratively as part of a teamPrevious experience in event staffing or hospitality is a plus, but not requiredFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
