• Interacting with clients and guests • Delegating work and supervising staff • Overseeing the presentation of food and service • Improvising to make quick and sound decisions when needed to remedy obstacles presented on and during an event; with food, service and staff • Supervise clearing and post-function cleanup • Responsible for abiding by and enforcing policies found in the companies Event Staff Training Manual • Experience working catered events as a server or bartender required • Experience as a Banquet Captain preferred Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits: • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • Day shift • Night shift • Weekends as needed
