Reports to: Event Manager (or Other Assigned Onsite Department Manager/Director) Works with maintenance and the Events & Hospitality Manager on any areas in need of attention. · Effectively communicates areas of improvement (i.e.; departmental training, development, and/or customer service areas) to the Events & Hospitality Manager. · Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. · Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English).
