Event Supervisor

About This Role: This role serves as the primary on-site lead during events, responsible for managing timelines, directing staff, coordinating vendors, and ensuring every detail is executed with consistency and care. Key Responsibilities: • Lead event setup, execution, and breakdown with a focus on precision, efficiency, and presentation • Direct and support setup crew and service staff to ensure all spaces are prepared to venue standards • Own and manage event timelines, ensuring transitions are seamless and well-paced • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, vendors, and team members • Oversee front-of-house staff, including bartenders and floor attendants, to ensure a high level of service and attentiveness • Maintain awareness of the guest experience at all times, proactively addressing needs and ensuring a polished environment • Ensure all room layouts, place settings, and event details are executed accurately and consistently • Conduct final pre-event walkthroughs to confirm readiness, cleanliness, and overall presentation • Coordinate with outside catering teams and oversee proper use, cleanliness, and closing of kitchen facilities • Anticipate and proactively resolve issues to maintain a seamless and elevated event experience • Assist with physical setup and breakdown as needed, including moving tables, chairs, and equipment • Ensure the venue is fully reset and prepared for the next event (when applicable) What We're Looking For: • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, events, or food & beverage • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to lead a team with confidence and professionalism in a live event setting • Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset • Ability to take ownership of event execution with minimal oversight • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment • Willingness to be hands-on and physically involved throughout events • Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods • Reliable, punctual, and highly accountable • Consistent availability aligned with event and setup schedule is required
