Event Support

This is a part time, on site Event Support role based in Las Vegas, NV. You will support the team with event prep, setup, guest experience support, on site coordination, and breakdown while helping maintain a polished and seamless environment throughout the event. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, upbeat, fast moving, detail conscious, and takes pride in doing things the right way. Assisting with event setup and breakdownSupporting balloon prep using a balloon machine (we are poised to blow up 3,000 balloons per event)Setting up guest experiences, decor, signage, and activation areasBussing and resetting event spaces to keep the environment clean and elevatedAssisting guests with warmth and professionalismSupporting the event lead with real time needs and problem solvingHelping maintain a high standard of presentation, flow, and service throughout the event We are building a team that protects the standard, creates win win outcomes, and genuinely cares about the client and guest experience.
