Role Description

This is a part time, on site Event Support role based in Las Vegas, NV. This person will play a hands on role in helping bring events to life from setup to strike. You will support the team with event prep, setup, guest experience support, on site coordination, and breakdown while helping maintain a polished and seamless environment throughout the event.

This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, upbeat, fast moving, detail conscious, and takes pride in doing things the right way. You should be someone who notices what needs to be done without needing to be told every step.

Day of responsibilities may include:

Assisting with event setup and breakdownSupporting balloon prep using a balloon machine (we are poised to blow up 3,000 balloons per event)Setting up guest experiences, decor, signage, and activation areasBussing and resetting event spaces to keep the environment clean and elevatedAssisting guests with warmth and professionalismSupporting the event lead with real time needs and problem solvingHelping maintain a high standard of presentation, flow, and service throughout the event

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to stay calm, adaptable, and efficient in a fast paced environmentStrong work ethic and willingness to jump in wherever neededAbility to lift, move, and set up event items as neededAvailability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekendsEvent experience is a plus, but a great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn matter just as much if not more
