Direct Report Employee Profile and Desired Traits • High level emotional intelligence • Active in team dynamics, conflict prevention/resolution, and identifying customer needs • Cheerful attitude and servant leadership disposition • Dedicated customer service and people oriented • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with ability to learn • Ability to interact with men and women of all ages and maturity levels of staff/customers Principle Responsibilities • Setting up and providing hospitality services for special events including but not limited to: meetings, retreats, meals of all types, weddings, etc • Ability to work independently to setup venues after receiving instruction from Event Specialist • Ability to work long periods of time on your feet. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) • Required: Strong time-management and prioritization skills • Preferred: Experience in food and beverage • Strong customer service and resolution skills • Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination • Be or become a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America Physical Requirements • Up to 8 hours a day of either standing, walking, hiking, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
