Strong technical aptitude with audio, video, and broadcast signal flow Ability to remain calm, focused, and professional in live, high-pressure environments Excellent attention to detail and commitment to operational consistency Strong communication and customer-service skills when working with executives and presenters Ability to follow technical documentation, checklists, and standard operating procedures Collaborative mindset with IT, production, and operations teams Willingness to learn new systems, workflows, and technologies TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS Minimal travel expected.
