Duties

Coordinate with vendors and speakers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and smooth session transitions
Maintain cleanliness and organization of event spaces throughout the duration of the event
Document incidents or feedback to help improve future events and ensure a high standard of service

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to stand, walk, and move around actively for extended periods during events
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in customer service or event support is a plus but not required
