Team members are responsible for time-management, professional interaction with customers, and excellent food service at events. • Have strong menu knowledge and be able to explain menu items and terms and provide suggestions to guests when asked • Directly communicate and interact with guests in a friendly manner, at respective volume & handle crowds and put guests at ease • Communicate with other team members to ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction • Maintain a clean and organized work station at all times inclusive of the maintaining the catering storage pod and supplies properly. • Adhere to company policies regarding safe driving and maintain a clean driving record during the course of employment. During this peak season, we generally experience an influx in services booked through the catering department, which often results in a greater demand for catering staff during that time period.
