Event Technical Producer

Event Technical Producer Event & Conference Management Team Full Time, Hybrid (3 days/week onsite) Boston, MA or Springfield, MA The Opportunity As an Event Technical Producer, you will be responsible for supporting all technical production aspects of a meeting or event. The Team MassMutual’s Event and Conference Management team manages all MassMutual sponsored conferences, events, and meetings from discovery through execution. The Event Technical Producer must possess strong communication skills and work closely with clients to incorporate their feedback and vision into the overall event production plan. Supplier and Venue Collaboration/management : A critical aspect of the role is negotiating contracts with suppliers and coordinating with venue staff, convention center representatives, and other key stakeholders to ensure all technical elements are flawlessly executed on-site.
