Event Timing Staff

Our goal is to create and execute events that are memorable and significant in people's lives. RFE stands for tradition, avoiding fads, and delivering good value, while supporting charitable causes and aiming for modest profit to ensure ongoing exciting races. This is a full-time on-site role for Event Timing Staff, based in Ann Arbor, MI. Responsibilities include: • Communicate with timing director to make race day plans • Build and understand race scoring databases • Prepare and maintain timing equipment for events • Perform race day timing functions to provide fast and accurate results • Perform post-race management of timing inquiries and errors Qualifications: • Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record • Strong customer service skills • Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at any given time • Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly troubleshoot problems • Ability to travel and work nights, weekends and early mornings • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
