We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event & Trade Show Coordinator (6-Month Contract) to join our team on a temporary, 6-month basis. Key Responsibilities: Take ownership of completing logistics for a large corporate event in November (planning already underway) Coordinate and execute event planning tasks, including vendor communication, scheduling, and follow-up Prepare and manage logistics for upcoming trade shows in early 2026 Ensure all necessary equipment and marketing materials are shipped to appropriate locations on time Work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met Support ongoing marketing initiatives as needed Work Environment: This role will operate both independently and as part of a collaborative team, working closely with both the Sales Team and other Marketing staff.
