You will lead training sessions, support staff development, and attend events as a Lead to coach and ensure event success. Onboarding and Training • Schedule and lead orientation and training sessions for new event staff. • Monitor and evaluate the progress of trainees, providing feedback and support for improvement. • Share all team feedback with the supervisor who will follow up with event staff as needed to address any issues or concerns. • Flexible Scheduling: Work flexibility is key in this events-based business, with schedules that adjust based on event demands.
