The Venue Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the venue on the day an event occurs, assisting vendors with their event needs, and ensuring the event runs smoothly. The Venue Coordinator reports to the Event Manager and works closely with clients and vendors during the day of the event to ensure that all details are managed, and the venue operates efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Venue Coordination: • Coordinate the setup and breakdown of events, including arranging furniture, decorations, and equipment as per client specifications. • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
