This position requires communication with the utility team grounds crew, and internal Faulkner’s staff to implement these things to maintain the property in an efficient, organized, professional, and safe manner. Essential Job Functions: • Collaborate with other managers such as Event Coordinator, Food and Beverage, Animal Care, as well as Ranch Owners to provide an excellent guest experience from set up to clean up of each event and seasonal festival. • Proven experience in property maintenance work or in a hospitality environment. • Ability to take initiative, manage time, and work alone much of the time. Preferred Qualifications: • previous experience in a managerial position or in a field related to the industry.
