**Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Event Venue Manager to join our team at a popular full-service restaurant located on the Wilmington Riverfront. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of events, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. **Responsibilities:** • Serve as the bridge between the Sales Team and Event... Team, responsible for executing signed contracts and providing detailed instructions to ensure a successful event experience • Build strong relationships with clients and be their main point of contact throughout the event planning process • Oversee events, manage social media and website, approve event coordinator responsibilities, and maintain effective communication with the Sales Team • Handle daily tasks such as final appointments, payroll management, invoice submission, coordination with vendors, and client follow-ups and reviews • Focus on licensing, HR requirements, menu streamlining, staff meetings, bank reconciliation, and sales/event team meetings on a monthly/quarterly basis • *Qualifications:** • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a high-volume catering or events setting • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, vendors, and staff members • *Benefits:** • Competitive Starting Salary • Bonus Potential • Well-Known Restaurant Group • Medical Insurance
