PRIMARY PURPOSE: Planning and implementing recreational events at Dickerson Park Zoo as well as coordinate and communicate with Friends of the Zoo volunteers. Communicate with volunteers utilizing e-news newsletters as well as written communication as needed. Attend and prepare oral/written reports for monthly board meetings (FOZ and Park Board) as needed. • Effectively manage and coordinate a variety of projects with a diversity of involved persons. • Work effectively with the general public, staff, board members and volunteers.
