Provide supervision of the banquet staff, hosting events, closing events and the building at the conclusion of events. • Communicate with managers, supervisors, staff, golf operations, and the public to ensure efficient operation of the banquet facilities. • Perform public relations, customer service, and provide a positive experience for all guests. • Assist Food & Beverage Manager/Assistant Manager in ensuring all employees are certified, as necessary, with food handling and alcohol serving, and other pertinent certifications. • Experience in Food and Beverage Management preferred.
