Job Description... Provide high level of service to clientele and administrative support for catering and event team, to include at times Sales, Marketing and Culture. • Generates contracts, event orders, in house meeting requests, reporting • Responsible for servicing groups after the group or banquet sale becomes final, to include: maintaining and monitoring group property activities as appropriate, execute all hotel events with seamless turnover to F&B coordinator and operations, reconciling and finalizing group accounts after departure, communication/positive relations with the agent and group leader prior to, during and after group stay • Upon request, act as on-site service contact for all groups which includes: • * Pre-planning • * Service group when in-house • * Meeting room needs • * Post follow - up thank you's including trying to re-book the business • Process invoices, ordering supplies and maintain vendor relations. Maintains maximum efficiency and professionalism in standards of work performance. Assist with production reports for the group market segment.
