Work schedule will include nights and weekends. The Events and Catering Intern must maintain all duties and responsibilities as set forth below and must drive results through event and catering sales and profit maximization. • HS Diploma or equivalent • 3 months experience in the food and beverage, culinary or related professional area in a supervisory or management role • Proven strong communication and leadership skills • Excellent organizational skills, communication skills and multi-tasking capabilities • Demonstrated leadership skills • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, Jonas, ADP, POS, Open Table, etc) • Must be able to stand for 10 hours and work 20-25 hours per week • Must be in good physical condition and possess good communication skills • Must be alert to management, staff, and guest needs • Knowledge of Health Department Standards • Knowledge and skills in people management including recruiting and scheduling • Is a brand ambassador both in and outside of the restaurant The intellectual and physical demands described below are representative of what must be met by a Crewmember to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
