The Director of Events & Catering will manage and coordinate all aspects of events and catering services, from planning and budgeting to staff supervision and member relations. Director of Events & Catering Responsibilities: • Develop and execute detailed plans for a variety of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties • Oversee menu planning, food preparation, and service, ensuring high-quality food and beverage delivery • Manage and train event and catering staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations • Create and manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality • Collaborate with club members to understand their needs, tailor events to their preferences, and provide exceptional service • Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events • Promote the club’s event and catering services, including creating marketing materials and organizing promotional activities • Ensure that all events and catering services meet the club’s high standards of excellence and hospitality • Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise before, during, or after events to ensure smooth operations
