The Event and Catering Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue and delivering exceptional members and guest experiences through all catered functions, private events, weddings, social gatherings, corporate outings, and club sponsored programming. This position oversees the full event lifecycle, from sales and member consultation to creative planning, flawless execution, and post event follow-up, while maximizing banquet and catering revenue in a luxury private club environment. Event Planning & Execution • Oversee the complete planning, coordination, and execution of all club events, banquets, weddings, holiday parties, member socials, charity functions, corporate meetings, and golf-related events. • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef, Culinary team, and Beverage Manager to design innovative, seasonally appropriate menus and beverage programs tailored to member preferences and club standards. · Exceptional sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
