Reporting to the Chief Program Officer, you will provide project management support for all events and communications activities. Key Responsibilities: • Event Management: Work with all staff members to support the planning and execution of all sponsored programs and events. • Community Engagement: Promote the use of in-house meeting spaces to local nonprofits and ensure all logistical needs, including refreshments and technology setups, are met in collaboration with relevant teams. • Communications Project Coordination: Assist with the execution of the marketing and communications strategy by managing related projects and timelines and coordinating with marketing consultants. • Experience in communications is beneficial but not essential.
