Events and Experiences Manager

Our client, a prominent organization within the Leisure & Sports industry, is seeking a dynamic and creative Events and Experiences Manager to oversee all aspects of event planning and execution in Des Moines, Iowa . You will be responsible for conceptualizing unique event themes, developing comprehensive budgets, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating logistics to ensure seamless operations. Responsibilities include market research to identify new event opportunities, developing marketing and promotional strategies for events, and managing on-site event staff and volunteers. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaK and collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and clients. 5+ years of experience in event planning and management, preferably within the leisure or sports industry.
