Events and Facilities Manager

Job Description Summary: The Events and Facilities Manager is responsible for the strategic management of the School of Education's (SOE) building and event space assets to advance the mission of the SOE and enhance the school's brand identity. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education, training, or experience. 25% Business Development and Operations: • Collaborate with the dean and director of finance in managing a plan for the use of the School of Education space. 10% Building Management: • Serve as the School of Education's contact for facilities management, campus police, and parking services. This position requires the ability to work additional hours beyond the typical work week, including evenings and weekends as needed to meet the business needs of the operation.
