Events and Field Marketing Manager

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Events and Field Marketing Manager who will take charge of shaping Xsight's global presence at industry events. You'll ensure smooth coordination of shipping, receiving, and equipment management.Field Campaign Integration: Collaborate with the sales team to implement regional marketing initiatives, such as lunch-and-learns and local seminars, that enhance major events and drive regional sales.Measurable Outcomes: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for every event to guarantee clear returns on investment, assisting in data-driven planning for future participation.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and R&D to tailor our demonstrations and messaging for each specific event audience.Collateral & Messaging: Support the development of marketing materials and sales training to equip our team for success at every occasion.Budget Ownership: Manage the events budget diligently, ensuring high-quality representation of our brand while optimizing expenses.Global Representation: Act as a representative for the Xsight brand at both domestic and international events.Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in field marketing or event management, preferably within the semiconductor or high-tech sectors.Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of data center networking, AI/ML architectures, and the semiconductor landscape.Strategic Execution: A capable leader who can address both high-level strategy and detailed logistics.Location: Must be based in the San Francisco/Bay Area, with a hybrid work model that allows on-site access for equipment and logistics management.Availability: Initially, part-time at 20 hours/week with flexibility, with potential for a full-time transition as the role evolves.Travel: Openness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 20-30% once the position expands to full-time.Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills, with the ability to liaise across diverse teams with autonomy.Skills: in Business, Management, or a technical field is required; a Master’s degree or MBA is a significant advantage.
