This role works closely with the Events and Groups Manager, assisting with both administrative and on-site tasks to ensure smooth, successful, and memorable experiences for all guests. • Assist with event pre-planning tasks, such as preparing documentation, communicating with clients, conducting site visits, coordinating vendors, and managing event checklists. • Occasional outdoor work may be required. • Minimum 1 year of experience in event coordination, hospitality, or an administrative support role. • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
