Events and Marketing Coordinator

A company is looking for an Events & Marketing Coordinator to support their marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for in-person events, conferences, and webinars

Manage event materials, inventory, and shipping logistics

Support the execution of the webinar program and manage attendee communications

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in event marketing or a related role (B2B or SaaS preferred)

Proven ability to measure event outcomes effectively

Experience coordinating webinars, trade shows, or customer events

Familiarity with event tools, Notion, Salesforce, and HubSpot is a plus

Ability to work effectively across time zones in a global environment
