Events and Marketing Internship

Awesome Inc exists to help people pursue their definition of Awesome. This is a hybrid internship role with Awesome Inc. As an Events and Marketing Intern, you will assist in planning and executing events, as well as contribute to marketing efforts. Our interns have hands-on experience with every marketing campaign, and event that we put on. They also get to work with 8 of our fellowship companies, giving them exposure and a connection to companies all across Kentucky. Qualifications • Customer Service and Communication skills • Experience or interest in event planning and event marketing • Basic sales skills • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Proficiency in Google Suite and social media platforms • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Experience in graphic design or video editing is a plus • Interest in the software development industry is a plus • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
